Young was the most helpful, responsive and proactive agent who was such a pleasure to work with. I used Young as the selling agent for my Northridge property and she had a professional stager/designer and photographers to help make the home more presentable. She provided gloves, shoe covers and a sanitary section for potential buyers to use to not dirty the house. She used multiple platforms to promote the home and helped us sell at the listing price. We decided to use Young as the buying agent as well and we are so glad we did. We saw 30+ homes in 5 different cities in Orange County and she was never late for an appointment and provided the best recommendations and input. As a renter of a property that Mrs Young Hong managed, I was very impressed at the excellent job she did as liasion between the property owner and I. She assisted me with my questions and conveyed the landlords preferences in a timely manner. She responded to my text inquirys iimmediately and beyond that she was very personable and caring in her correspondance which was especially welcome during the pandemic. In addition, she was helpful and supportive of my timeline requirements when it came time for me to move. I enthusiastically recommend her services .

I’ve worked with many realtors until I met Young for one of my rental properties and I’ve decided to give all my listings to her as she’s been on top of everything. She first visited my house and let me know what value (or rent rate) I need to expect from my house. She prepared an open house and got the beat possible tenant for me.
