This policy explains what personal information Young Hong Real Estate (Young Hong, a real estate agent with New Star Realty, DRE# 01096925; “we” or “us”) collects on www.younghongrealestate.com and how it is used.

• Information you give us: your name, email, phone number, message, and preferred contact method when you use the contact form or the Home Finder.
• Home Finder answers: the type of home, bedrooms and bathrooms, areas, budget, move timing, pre-approval status, and, if you want to sell or need property management, the property address and details.
• Information collected automatically: like most websites, our hosting server may keep logs (such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited) for security and operation.

2. How we use it

• To respond to you and help with buying, selling, leasing, or managing property
• To send listings or information you asked for
• To meet legal obligations, including California real estate recordkeeping requirements

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for targeted advertising.

3. Who we share it with

• New Star Realty, the supervising broker, as needed for required oversight and recordkeeping
• Service providers that process information on our behalf, such as web hosting and email

This site does not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or visitor analytics.
